Fresh Snowfall on the Peak
A gorgeous day of clouds, fog and snow, and just as the day is ending, the sun breaks out to show us the gorgeous mountains!
Fresh Coat of Snow
First morning after a fresh snow storm. I love these types of mornings. The air is so super crisp and clear. Feels like you can see for miles upon miles. And the fresh coat of snow everywhere is just magical.

The first peek at snow. The mountains are an amazing place, full of canyons, peaks, creating endless shadows and places for nature to create a beautiful scene.
Winter is around the corner... before we know it, these mountains will be covered in beautiful fluffy snow!

Keeping the cycle going

Standing After the Storm
Yesterday we had a storm that just never seemed to end. More and more snow continued to fall, and the winds howled. This morning, the storm had passed, and we were left with some intense mornin glight and freshly coated mountain snow.
A sky so explosive with color it was hard to look away even just to take a photo. With the sun setting, the color and light angles on the mountain changed every second. Evenings like this, I just take in this view... and all the worries in the world are forgotten, just for those few moments.

Winter snowflakes - a foggy and chilly morning, the snow clings onto branches for just a bit longer than on a sunny day.
Beautiful winter sunrise, with the sun rising about the mountains just to the east of this peak, slowly blowing up the sky with color and vibrance. It was one of those mornings that you witness and just are grateful to see, and you know it's going to be a good day!

As we drove up the canyon, the sun was out and scattered clouds. The small storm moved in quickly as we drove further up the mountain. The storm settled in with just a light falling of snow.
An afternoon view of a popular skiing location. You can just imagine the many skiiers that explored this mountainside, roaming around the trees, making their way downhill.
